Refund Policy

How refunds work for Talvyyo projects, retainers, and productized services.

1. General

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Talvyyo for services described in a Proposal/Statement of Work (SOW), retainer agreement, or invoice.

2. Deposits & Booking Fees

  • Project deposits/booking fees secure capacity and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
  • If Talvyyo cancels before work begins, deposits will be refunded in full.

3. Milestone & Fixed-Fee Projects

  • Refund eligibility is tied to work delivered to date. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel mid-milestone, we will bill for actual effort and third-party costs incurred up to the request.

4. Time-and-Materials

Invoices reflect hours/services already rendered and are not refundable. Prepaid T&M blocks are refundable pro-rata for unused time minus any committed third-party costs.

5. Retainers & Maintenance

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month starts.
  • Unused hours do not roll over unless specified. You may cancel future renewals with written notice per your agreement.

6. Productized Services & Digital Deliverables

Strategy workshops, audits, discovery, and digital goods (design files, code, templates) are non-refundable once delivered or once a session has commenced.

7. Change Requests & Scope Adjustments

Approved change orders are treated as new scope and billed accordingly; refunds do not apply to completed change-order work.

8. Third-Party Fees

Domains, hosting, paid fonts/assets, SaaS subscriptions, and ad-spend are paid to third parties and follow their policies; such amounts are not refundable by Talvyyo.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email talvyyo@gmail.com with your invoice number, project name, and reason. We may request additional information to evaluate your claim.

10. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may vary.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may be contested and may lead to suspension of services.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Updates

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below will change accordingly.
