Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Talvyyo Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. Due to the custom nature of software development and consulting services, our refund and cancellation policies are structured to protect both the client and the agency.

1. Custom Development Services

Payments for custom web, mobile, and SaaS development are typically structured in milestones (e.g., upfront deposit, design approval, beta release, final delivery).

• Upfront Deposits: The initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your place in our development queue and covers initial research, architecture, and planning phases.
• Completed Milestones: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with a written notice. If the client cancels the project before completion:

• The client will be invoiced for the prorated amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Upon settlement of the final invoice, all completed assets and code will be transferred to the client.
• If the prorated amount is less than the deposits already paid, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Talvyyo Studio, minus a reasonable cancellation fee.

3. Consulting and Retainer Services

For DevOps, SEO, or performance optimization retainers, cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused retainer hours.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, correct bugs, or revise the work in accordance with the project's original scope of work. Refund requests based solely on subjective preference or changes in project direction after work has commenced will not be entertained.
